LTE-R (LTE for Railway)

LTE-R is a broadband wireless communication system optimized for railway environments, supporting voice, data, and video communication between trains, drivers, control centers, and trackside facilities. Leveraging years of expertise in railway communication technologies, STraffic has independently developed LTE-R equipment and systems and supplies them to the market. Our solutions have been deployed in multiple railway projects across Korea, delivering highly reliable wireless communication infrastructure.

Multi-mode Advanced Radio DMR LTE

Based on its LTE-R railway communication technology, STraffic supplies portable wireless terminals for the national Disaster and Safety Communication Network.

The ST-PS20M supports the national disaster safety network operating in the 700 MHz band and is the only multi-mode terminal in Korea that enables direct device-to-device (D2D) communication even when network connectivity is unavailable.

The device features an intuitive user interface, easy-to-use tactile buttons, a dedicated Push-to-Talk (PTT) button for rapid communication, as well as smart and programmable buttons to ensure quick access to rapid situational response and operational efficiency in emergency situations.
